Special ministries for our ladies. Each year Southside hosts several events especially for women. We host a Ladies Day each year which features inspiring speakers from our membership, and good fellowship and food. Each month the ladies sponsor “Ladies Night Out” which is a time for fellowship and sharing in a craft or other activity. Each Wednesday morning during the school year, our ladies meet for Ladies Bible Class at 9:30 a.m. This is a time for learning and sharing and also a time for planning various activities throughout the year. Finally, our ladies also staff and organize many committees and activities which serve our church. Among these is our ladies prayer chain. The ladies on this prayer chain pray for any special need which presents itself. In all, we have a very spiritual and active ladies group serving the Lord faithfully at Southside.
These represent the bulk of our concentrated ministries at Southside Church of Christ. However, many of our members are involved in individual ministries, all of which combine to make a strong and active congregation of God’s people in Killeen . We hope you have found something here that interests you or meets your needs. We are confident that we have something to offer to you to aid you in your walk with Jesus Christ.
